I love chocolates, and most people may agree with it. However, I tried to stop eating these chocolates because I used to gain weight. These choolates have lots of sugar and fat that can add extra calories you probably don't need. This article shows that chocolates are not always bad in your health. According to the article, people, who consumped the high rate of chocolate, may reduced in the risk of cardiovascular disease and stroke. Of couse, it will be harmful with over consumption. Indeed, health providers may not recommended to keep eating chocolates as nutritions.
